Transit Help’s mission is to stand beside riders by resolving complaints, removing barriers to access, and coordinating available resources. We serve as a trusted advocate who ensures passengers are heard, transit agencies are held accountable, and every rider can travel with equity, safety, and dignity.

Transit Help exists to empower riders by ensuring fair access, effective complaint resolution, and improved service quality. Our purpose is to advocate for riders’ needs, coordinate resources, and work collaboratively with agencies and communities to create a safer, more reliable, and more inclusive transit experience for all.
